一度観たことがあるもので、ストーリーがわかっていても、放映されるとどうしても見たいものがあります。

「泣く」とわかっているので、タオル持参で鑑賞します。

アメリカ本国では２００４年に放送（？）　

事件1：ビルの駐車場で射殺事件が発生した。被害者はダイヤモンドのブローカーをしていたベッカム。相手のジムのトレーナーと車の追突トラブルから口論になり射殺されたと思われた。ところがその一部始終を見ていた男の証言から、事件は大きな展開を見せる…。
彼は知的障害で、精神年齢は7～8歳程度とみなされていたため、目撃証言が利用できるかどうか、定かではなかった

A shooting in a parking lot. One witness who saw everything. Seems like a slam-dunk case, doesn't it? Not when the "Witness to Murder" is intellectually disabled.

Sources today revealed the first plot information for the upcoming CSI: Miami episode, the twelfth episode of the show's sophomore season. The victim of the shooting is Richard Beckham, seemingly a clean-cut, middle-aged businessmen. He was driving his car of its parking space, when he slammed into the car in front of him. The other driver got out to confront Richard, there was a struggle, and he ended up dead in a pool of blood.

The only witness is Eugene Walters. He's in his mid-thirties, but he has the mental capacity of an eight year old. Eugene tells Horatio he saw everything that happened, but when the CSI presses for more details, he starts talking about a man called Alonzo and how clean the windows of his car were.

Questioning Eugene back at the police department, Horatio ascertains that that the bullet which killed Richard Beckman struck a car belonging to a man called Alonzo. Eugene often used to clean Alonzo's windows, and he gave him a dollar for his services.

Meanwhile, Calleigh has been working on the gun used in the shooting. The gun was actually registered to Richard Beckham, who had pulled it in self-defence during the struggle. But this case turns into something much than a tale of road-rage when Detective Yelina Salas discovers Richard Beckham was actually delivering cut diamonds when he was shot.

Despite this new lead, Horatio can't get anywhere until he works out who the mystery "Alonzo" is and why Eugene keeps mentioning him. But that process becomes far more complicated when Eugene is brutally attacked...
